Can upload to some sites, not others (3 posts)

    Hi, I'm considering upgrading to 4.0.3 from 3.0.3 but for some reason I can't upload to all of my sites. The sites hosted by webstirkesolutions.com are fine but the two sites I have hosted by usbusinessweb.net will not work. They all work fine in 3.03.
    I have looked at the troubleshooting section and FAQ. All the settings suggested such as the firewall settings within fetch preferences are all as you suggest. I don't think I want to disable the MAC OSX firewall.
    What else can I do or are the servers hosted by USBW just incompatible?
    I'd like to resolve this soon before the trial period runs out.

    Do transfers work with "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" unchecked and the OS X firewall disabled?

    Looks like "unchecking" the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box worked.
