Hi,
Did you originally buy Fetch from the App Store, or directly from us?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Directly from you.
Thanks for responding!

Hi,
If you bought Fetch directly from us, you should get updates from us as well. You can download the latest version from http://fetchsoftworks.com .
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I realize that and that is what I have done but Apple does not recognize it as a safe download.
After installing it, it will not open.Tony

Sorry that I wasted your time Jim. I fixed the issue.
Apple for some reason does not recognize you as an identified developer. Which we both know you are. ( something that you might asked to be corrected )
I went into my security preferences, disabled and then reenabled after I opened your app. works fine now.Take care and have a great weekend

That's very strange. We have a developer certificate from Apple, and sign our releases, so they should be identified as being from an identified developer. We wrote a blog post about this:

I'm glad you were able to work around the problem!
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

For your knowledge, I just performed the latest update 5.7.3 and the previous problems have disappeared.
Works great!Tony

Apple for some reason does not recognize your upgrades as safe and if I go to the Apple app store it shows as if I do not own Fetch.
