cannot create a new shortcut. (2 posts)

    When trying to create a new shortcut in the Customize tab, the shortcut editor does not open. Running on a MAC.

    If you choose "Fetch Shortcuts" from the Window menu does the Fetch Shortcuts window open?

    If not I'd guess that the Fetch Shortcuts file is corrupted. In that case I'd recommend replacing it with a backup copy, or just removing it and having Fetch recreate it (without your shortcuts).
