Cannot log in with verified password (3 posts)

  I just tried to log into my website with Fetch but it continues to tell me "SFTP connection to “sanpanza.pairserver.com” could not be opened because the SFTP server rejected your authentication information."

  I have contacted the server administrator (Pair Networks) to verify that I have the correct hostname, username, password, and authentication method. They say that everyone is correct with the above.

  I can log in using FileZilla though. Any thoughts?
