cannot open data connection (2 posts)

    When I try to log on to the server, I get this response: "Server response: Possible PASV port theft, cannot open data connection".

    I've gone into Preferences and tried "Use passive mode transfers" both checked and unchecked, but I still get the same response.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    It was a firewall issue. All fixed for now.
