Cannot scan receipts (2 posts)

  When I click on scan receipt it stalls out. It’s never done this before.
  I have not had any issues with Fetch until now. What’s wrong?
  I have tried several times. The app opens nicely and I can examine
  all my tabs but it just won’t scan. I even tried my iPad and it stalls out on that too

  Hi,

  I'm not sure what "Fetch" you are referring to. The Fetch we support here is a Mac file transfer program; it can't scan receipts.
