    Hi there

I have had this problem on and off in the past, but it usually somehow sorts itself out and I'm thinking it's when updates between Mac OS and Fetch are not in sync - - however, this time the problem has been going on for a few days, and I am up to date on all updates on both Mac (10.13.4) and Fetch (5.7.7).

Whenever I try to upload any sort of graphic file (.jpg or .png) I get an error from Fetch saying "The action cannot be completed as the file was not found." There is indeed a file there, and this happens for any graphic file under any FTP transfer for any FTP account I have. I can upload HTML and TXT files, this seems to just be graphic files only. Any idea what is causing this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

To diagnose this problem I'd want to take a look at your Fetch.log file. Could you contact me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback ?

    Thanks,

So, I sent you the transcript a little earlier, then I got a notice that MacOS had a new update about an hour ago - - so I updated again 10.13.4 (17E202) and now it seems to be working again. So strange. Like I said, this issue has happened in the past and always seems to eventually work itself out, so I would love to understand what causes it.

I wish I understood what the source of the error was, but I'm glad it's working now.
