can't access my ftp files (2 posts)

    I can't open my files. I never had this happen before. My server says she isn't having problems opening her ftp files so I doubt it is on the server's side.

    I just downloaded 5.1 hoping the upgrade would help. No go - it just churns for a couple minutes and then gives me a timed out message saying it can not build a data connection.

    HELP!

    Nevermind! I found I was still using the 4.3 version-
    duh...sorry

    Works like it should now. :-)
