This problem just started two days ago and we haven't changed anything (Fetch version, password, etc.). We post tracks for our clients and then send them the "www" link so they can access the directory via any browser. Now they are getting this message: "You are not authorized to view this page" with this below "You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied."
We do NOT have anything configured so that clients much has a special password, etc to access the site - we've always just sent them the link. Help!! This is vital to our operations.
    Thanks,

    Hi Kim,

This sounds like it's likely to be a server problem, not a Fetch problem.

Fetch just delivers the tracks and files to the server; if users are having a problem getting to them after Fetch successfully put them there, it's likely because something has changed or misconfigured on the server.

I would check with your hosting company - the people who provide the server for you - and have them look into the problem. (Fetch does not provide or maintain the server.)

If they can't find a problem, let us know and we will try to help you investigate further.

    Thanks,
