can't add or delete folders (5 posts)

    I can neither delete folders posted to my site nor add new folders. When trying to delete I get the message 6: no such file or directory even though it''s listed. When adding, I get the message "Permission denied." Please help!

    Hi Joan,

    After you get an error could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of that window here? That will help me figure out what is causing the problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting the transcript. I would try unchecking the "Use 'LIST -al' command to reveal hidden items" checkbox in the Miscellaneous section of Fetch Preferences. Does that help?
