  Computer crashed while using FETCH -- get a message: Can't connect -- ftp refused

  Hi,

  After you get the message could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of that window? That information is usually helpful for troubleshooting.

  this is the error I'm getting....Finding Host sftp-newyork1.bloxcms.com ...
  Connecting to 192.104.183.114:21
  Connect failure
