Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you dismiss the error message?

Do you have a transcript from the Windows machine, for comparison's sake? The server is rejecting the password you're entering into Fetch.

Hi -
Just downloaded the trial copy. When i set up a new connection, and enter the URL, username, password, and press "enter", it gives an error message which says: "error on password- not logged in"
Am running the program on a Mac.
Help...
