can't connect to ftp site (2 posts)

  Whenever I try to connect to a ftp site, i get the error message ..."Exception> Socket error 10061: Connection failed"

  I'm on a Dell using Windows XP Home Edition.
  Any ideas?

  Hi,

  Fetch is a Macintosh-only product, so we are not familiar with most Windows errors or problems.

  If you are having a problem with just one specific server, you should contact the owner/maintainer of that server. If it's a general problem, you should contact the support for your Windows FTP program, or your Internet provider's support.
