    Hi,

    We need some more information to help you. Could you please do the following?

    * Quit Fetch.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Try to connect to the server.
    * Then after you get the error message, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu.
    * Copy the entire contents of the transcript window.
    * Paste them into a reply to this message.

    We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on. (Don't worry, doing the above won't send your password to us.)

    Thanks,

    I am having the same problem. Whenever I open Fetch, it AUTOMATICALLY goes to the server of one of my clients, even if I want a different new connection.

    When I select a new selection/shortcut, it tells me that the server rejects the password. Of course it would, because Fetch has gone to the wrong server.

    How can I clear the program of always serving up the same server?

    Here is the transcript:

    Hi PHX,

    If you select a different shortcut, it shouldn't always go to the same server. I'm not sure what might be causing that.

    But to keep Fetch from always starting with the information for that one server, do the following:

    * If the New Connection dialog - the one where you enter the information for which server to connect to - is showing, click the Cancel button.
    * Choose "Preferences" from the Fetch menu.
    * Click the General tab.
    * From the "Default shortcut" pop-up menu, choose "None".
    * Click OK (in Fetch 4) or close the Preferences window (Fetch 5).

    Then choose "New Connection" from the File menu, and the dialog should be empty. Try connecting to a server.

    Let us know if this doesn't fix the problem for you.

    Thanks,
