Can't delete files (2 posts)

  When I try to delete files I get this message: “The system cannot find the file specified. ”. This happens in various folders. I can't change the name (incase there is a number or symbol in the name, or just to name it trash). I have a proof folder and it gets confusing because there are 4 or 5 older files that don't need to be proofed but I can't delete it on my end or on the other person's end.
