I can see a file and its size. However, when I try to download it, I get an error stating the file could not be accessed. The file name contains spaces, but I was able to download a similarly named file two days ago. Fetch transcript follows:

    Hi,

My best guess is that the name of the file is not “SWWY .AIF”. Perhaps there is a leading space or two that is not appearing in the file list.

To test that theory, hold down the Shift key and choose Get Other… from the Remote menu. Then you can type the name of the file to get; try typing " SWWY .AIF" and " SWWY .AIF" (without the quotes), to see if that works.

If that doesn't work I'd try choosing Send FTP Commands… from the Remote menu, typing "NLST" (without the quotes" in the "Other" box, and then clicking the Send Commands button. That should give you a new window with a simple list of the names of all the files in the current folder. Hopefully that would tell you the correct name for this SWWY file.

    Thanks,

Thanks Jim. That worked. Using the Send FTP Commands function, I was able to determine the file name did indeed have some extra spaces that were not visible in the main window.
