Can't get file list / put files (3 posts)

It looks like a server problem -- it isn't answering the PASV command. You might try unchecking "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences.

I wrote about a month ago and you said to post transcript which I blew off because I ended up putting document on CD and hoped that the puppy would heal itself. Oh well. I did speak to someone at the other end during the crisis and they said they could "see" me but then I just dropped out of sight - even though Fetch was still running to get file list.
