    Hi,

It sounds like you have an older version of Fetch; the latest reversion, which you can download from http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/Fetch_5.7.3.dmg , will not give you this error.

To open the old version right-click on Fetch and choose "Open" from the menu that appears. You will get a warning about it being from an "unidentified" developer (because it was released before Apple published a way for developers to identify themselves), but you can dismiss the warning and proceed to using Fetch. You should only see the warning once.

    Thanks,

I am on a MAC El Capitan. I have downloaded fetch 5.7 and it will not launch.
    Any ideas out there?

    Hi Emily,

Have you dragged Fetch to the Applications folder? What happens when you try to open Fetch?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews

Could you send your Fetch.log file to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com ? To find Fetch.log:

    1) Choose Go to Folder… from the Go menu in the Finder
    2) Enter:

    ~/Library/com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch/Logs

    and click Go

I'll take a look and see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,
