I would suggest unchecking the Use passive mode connections (PASV) checkbox in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. Does that help?

Hi Jim,
I just loaded Fetch onto a used iMac. When I try to connect to my website, I get the error: "Server response: Can't open data connection." I'm not having this problem with my other Macs. Here's the transcript info:
