Can't open Fetch 4.0 in Mac OS 10.2 (3 posts)

    I just upgraded to Mac 10.2, and am having trouble opening Fetch. Everytime I try it says "Application Launch Failure: The application 'Fetch' could not be launched because of a shared library error: ""<fatcarbon 1.3><fatcarbon 1.3><><>".

    Can you help me get this fixed?

    You need Fetch 4.0.2, which you can download from http://fetchsoftworks.com . Fetch 4.0.2 accepts the same serial numbers as Fetch 4.0 (i.e. it's a free upgrade).
