Can't open files after GET (2 posts)

    I'm using ServU on a Windows 2000 Server to store MAC graphic files, (Quark Express, File Maker, Adope PhotoShop, etc), and when I download them with Fetch, I can not open them. It wants me to choose a program.

    I read one post on this and made sure that I had the Suffix Mapping for .qxd files set to Quark Express 4.11 and renamed the file on the server with the extension before download, and then tried opening. It gave me an error that it could find application "Get Text".

    Can you please help????

    Fetch should assign whatever type/creator you specify in Suffix Mappings... to files with the suffix in question. If that is not happening I would recommend contacting support at fetchsoftworks.com for more assistance.
