Can't see my public_html folder to add new files (2 posts)

  When I open my Fetch account to add new files, it goes directly into my home folder, and I cannot see the public_html folder anywhere. I cannot see any of the new files I added, I'm guessing because they are not in the public folder. Please tell me how to get back to my public folder! Thanks!

  Hi,

  If you click the Recent button in the toolbar, or pull down the Go menu, do you see the public_html folder?

  If not, I would ask your web hosting provider for instructions on finding and opening the folder for public HTML files. The instructions will vary from one provider to another.
