Can't see recently uploaded files (2 posts)

    Hi

    We have an issue with clients that run Fetch (4.0.3), where they sometimes cannot see directories and files that have been recently uploaded to our FTP server. Other FTP client software can see these files, and Fetch will eventually see them. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

    You might ask the clients to try the Refresh File List command in the Directories menu. It might help to check the "Ignore file list cache" box in the Misc. section of Preferences.
