Help - it used to work, but when I upgraded from the free service it stopped working. I can download from my virtual host just fine - but when I drag and drop a file from my deasktop it does nothing. What might be wrong?

    Thanks

Are you running OS X 10.1.3? In that case I'd try dragging to the area around the file list rather than to the file list itself. I am working on an update to fix dragging to the file list.

I'm suddenly having the same trouble. It worked fine for the past few weeks since upgrading to MAC OSX but now it won't let me drag and drop anymore.

I'm having the same issue. As soon as I upgraded to X.1.3 it stopped working. I'm REALLY GLAD you posted the solution. The "get files & folders" command was really slowing me down.

Yup - thanks a lot - that's what the problem was - now that I drag it to the area surronding the list, and not the list it's self - it works. Must have been the new OS X upgrade

    Thanks
