Can't upload folders in OSX (4 posts)

Pre-OSX I'd be able to upload an entire folder into my website's directory.

But now, with the new upload window in OSX's Fetch, I'm forced to create a directory in my site, open that directory, and then upload all the individual files that are in that folder on my harddrive. This has to do with the way choosing the folder you want to upload immediately displays whatever is IN that folder -- and then Fetch thinks that THAT'S the object that needs to be uploaded, istead of JUST the folder.

Is there a work around for this annoying problem?

    Thanks

Are you using the "Put Folders and Files..." command in the Remote menu, or dragging the folders to the Fetch transfer window? The dragging option did not work in Fetch 4.0.1, but should work in 4.0.2.

    Thanks,

I tried loading an entire file with the "Put folders..." command. It worked fine but ...

    1) the folders are not recognized (cannot be opened) on the server.

    2) I cannot delete the folders on the server

What happens when you try to open or delete a folder on the server? Can you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem?

    Thanks,
