When I try to upload jpg or gif I get this messsage:

Server Response: (grey%2ftan)9.jpg: Permission denied on server (Filename (accept))

I upload in the Raw Data Format.

    Thanks

I too am having trouble uploading gifs... Almost every gif (but not eryne) that won't go up for me is an animated one.

Error message says --> Server response: Perhaps, you sent file in ASCII. (I don't think I did...)

When I send in Automatic mode, Fetch chooses MacBinary III, and I get the error message. I tried the other methods (AppleSingle etc.) and didn't get the error message, but the same images that wouldn't display on my page before still don't display.

    Please and thank you! :-)

    Trisha:

The server apparently does not like the special characters in that file name. I would suggest renaming it to not have anything but alphabetic and numeric characters (e.g. "greytan9.jpg).

    LauraC:

The format you want for GIFs is Raw Data. If those aren't showing up it's probably due to an HTML problem. You can verify that an image was uploaded correctly by selecting it in the transfer window file list and choosing "View Media File" from the Remote menu.

    Thanks,
