  I am trying to upload photos to a commercial storage site. When I log in to the ftp address I can see all my folders but when I try to upload photos I get a "the server doesn't believe you have permission to do this" message. What am I missing here?

  Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you see the error? The transcript may include clues to the solution.
