    hello
    I need to create a cgi-bin directory. but when i tried to i got PERMISSION DENIED warning. Is this because i am using the trial version???

    No, it's because the server is telling you (via Fetch) that your account does not have the required permission to create a directory in that location on the server. The server administrators should be able to fix that, or explain why that isn't the right place for the cgi-bin directory.
