  Is there a way to change the double-click behavior from downloading a file to opening it in BBEdit? I know I should modify my behavior, but it would be easier if I could change Fetch's. I am always accidently downloading files I intend to just edit by double clicking rather then using cmd-J on the keyboard. Thanks.

  Hi,

  Yes, there is a way to tell Fetch to edit the file when you double-click on it.

  See the Editing text or image files automatically instead of downloading them topic in Fetch Help (or click on the link here) for information on how to set that up.
