    Hi,

To get your password changed, you need to contact the company or people who run the server and ask them to change your password, or tell you how to do it (they may have a webpage where you can go to change your password). You cannot use Fetch to change your password.

Fetch supports both SFTP and FTP with TLS/SSL (aka FTPS), the two most common kinds of secure connections. However, in order to use them, your server must also support secure connections, and unfortunately not all servers do.

When you contact your the people who run the server to talk about changing your password, you should also ask them if they support connecting by SFTP or FTPS or another secure way to connect to the server to transfer files. If they do not, you may need to consider changing to a different company.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,
