No, there isn't such a feature. You can make a shortcut list window and drag file icons into it as you download them, as a record of what you've downloaded.

Is it possible to change the text color of file names? I am using version 3.0.3. My primary reason for doing this is to have a method of keeping track of which files I have downloaded. I prefer not to move downloaded files to another folder.
