To change permissions for a file on the server (i.e. chmod) select the file in the Fetch file list and choose "Set Permissions..." from the Remote menu. To set the permissions to 755 check all the boxes except the Group and Everyone Write boxes. To set the permissions to 666 check all the boxes except the Search/Execute boxes.

    Thanks,
