  I want to start using Fetch, I have signed up but unfortunately I cannot add my credit card information because I am a Canadian resident and my billing address is in Canada. The system does not allow you to select country. Any suggestions?

  You should be able to choose Canada from the Country pop-up menu. Do you see a Country pop-up menu?
