Client can not read uploaded pdf files (2 posts)

    I uploaded pdf files to our printer. I called and asked how the files looked. They said I had uploaded blank-white pdf pages.
    Solution? Thanks.

    Make sure you're uploading in Raw Data format. Automatic format should work as well, unless you have a suffix mapping that incorrectly identifies .pdf files as text.
