    Jim,

I have heard your first answer and wait, but why this problem does no be solved since several months. Am I the only person using Fetch on Big Sur with Norton ?

The problem is not I have to pay a new licence, it is I have to still use my old mac to transfer files.

I love Fetch for several years, but I will have to change not very happy.

Hi everyone, just wanted to be sure so i can tell the boss... Company moved to Big Sur 11.6, and using Fetch 5.8.2, we're not seeing ALL folders from our on-premise FTP. But when using Filezilla, we are. So bug is in the macOS? or in Fetch?

    Hi,

I believe the bug is in macOS, and I've gotten reports that it is fixed in the latest beta of macOS 12 Monterey.

    Thanks,
