Hi,
Could you contact me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback and include the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you try to connect? It would be helpful to see the contents from the laptop that can connect as well, for comparison.

Hi Jim,
Sorry I didn't update my message, but I fixed the problem! Fetch had to be moved into my application and couldn't fully connect when it was in my Downloads.

I am having the same problem but have not solved it yet Member
I am having a similar problem in trying to connect from my laptop; I normally work on my desktop but now am working on my laptop. The desktop is shut down completely.

Hey I got a new laptop (Macbook Pro 2019) and I downloaded Fetch but when I try to login it just connects and never loads... I still have my old laptop and I logged in smoothly.
