The ftp server hostname is incorrect; you should contact the service provider to get the correct hostname.

I am setting up a new web site to register attendees to various meetings that we conduct.
I have received the ftp site address, user ID and password. When I enter this information in Fetch and click okay I get the error message 3220.
I am able to connect to other ftp sites, so something must be wrong with my new connection information.
Do I need to send this information to you in order for you to solve the problem?
The ftp site is one for Ameritech and I have asked them for help. No reply at this time.
