  Hello,
  Could you please help me with a connection issue? I'm receiving the message, "An FTP connection to "x" could not be opened because the FTP server dropped the connection.
  Here's my Fetch Transcript:
  Fetch 5.7.6 (5H1671) Intel (Web Store) running on Mac OS X 10.12.4 (16E195) Intel English
  StuffIt Engine 0x820, StuffIt SDK Version 10.1.1b1
  Partial serial FETCH55001-SABP-3774 T
  Connecting to ftp.stetsonpainting.com port 21 (Mac OS X firewall is allowing connections) (4/28/17, 9:44 AM)
  Connected to 50.62.89.138 port 21 (4/28/17, 9:44 AM)
  Update check skipped at 4/28/17, 9:45 AM (next check after 5/6/17, 12:09 PM)
  An FTP connection to “ftp.stetsonpainting.com” could not be opened because the FTP server dropped the connection. (Try again, or contact the server administrator to verify that the server is running.)

  Hi,

  The ftp.stetsonpainting.com FTP server does not seem to be running. I would contact your web hosting company to let them know about this problem.
