connection issue with specific site (2 posts)

  when trying to connect with my company's ftp server, the connection consistently times out on my Mac Mini using OS 10.14.6. My ID and password works from my co-worker's system but not mine. Have restarted my modem, checked system preferences to match my co-worker's with no luck. Help!
