I would suggest checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences (choose "Preferences..." from the Customize menu in Fetch, then click on the Firewall tab). Does that resolve the problem?
Thanks,

Hi, I can't seem to access the directory of one particular ftp site. I've tried checking permissions based on other users' postings, and I've unchecked PASV in my Fetch Preferences. I'm using MAC OS X (10.3.4) I know I have the right username and password, and I can see the folder directory icon as Fetch tries to get files, but then the transfer times out. I've attached the transcript for review and would appreciate any feedback...
Thanks!
