Just to explain, I am new to using FTP and Fetch...

Anyway, I am faced with having to establish a FTP connection with a server which demands the use of an SSH2 tunnel...

I have been using MacSSH PPC, and thus far, I am able to establish *that* part of the connection to the server.

When I open Fetch, however, I am having problems...I keep on making adjustments, but sometimes I get the "the server dropped the connection(it may be to busy)" message, or sometimes I just get a "connection refused by server".

I have done a search for "SSH2" in this group, and have read all the suggested documents (at upenn, etc) - but no dice.

I've also tried checking AND unchecking the "use passive mode", and neither works.

    Two questions:

Even though I successfully make a SSH2 connection, could any of the settings in that program be affecting the failure of Fetch?

Could any of my basic system setting on my Mac be causing this?

Unfortunately, the webmaster who deals with this project knows nothing about Macs, and seems unable to help me out here...

    Thank you!

How about posting the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you try to connect, and I'll see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,
