  I tried to connect to server for 3 days but it always show this message

  "An FTP connection to "hopechicagochurch.org" could not be opened because the connection was refused."

  I've tried connecting to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com. it works fine.

  I don't know how to fix it.

  Hi,

  The connection is refused for me as well. You should contact the server administrator, as the error message suggests. I'm guessing that will be your web hosting company. They should be able to give you the correct FTP login information (hostname, username and password).
