Can you connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave the User ID and Password fields blank) while signed in under your screen name?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

No, that doesn't work. I've actually had the same problem with Internet Explorer, i.e. it doesn't work when I'm signed on with my screen name, but it does with my mom's. Maybe it's our computer.

Or it could be a problem with AOL. I would report it to them, and mention that the problem affects both Internet Explorer and Fetch (otherwise they'll tell you it's a problem with Fetch, and that they don't support using non-AOL FTP software).
Thanks,

When I try to connect Fetch while I'm signed on to AOL with my screen name, it gives me a pop-up that says: "The connection was refused." If I connect with my mom's AOL screen name, it connects just fine.
If it helps, I'm trying to connect to ftp.tripod.com, and the Fetch transcript window says: "Connecting to ftp.tripod.com port 21 (6/8/03 8:49:08 PM)" Please help!
