What are you entering in the Host field of the New Connection window? Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you get the error message and post the transcript?

    Thanks,

I'd try checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences. Does that help? If not, could you post that transcript?

    Thanks,
