  Recently i'm getting a erro
  (connection time out)
  What does it mean? Should i buy fetch again?
  Please let me know

  Hi,

  If you were able to connect to the same server a few days ago without an error, it may mean that the server is having problems. There is most likely no need to buy Fetch again.

  If you could give us some more information, we'll try to figure out what's going on.

  After you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here?
