  it says the server is unreachable, or sometimes it says connection timed out... any help. ive been trying to connect many times

  Hi,

  This error usually means that either the server is not working or you do not have quite the correct information. You should contact the folks who run the server to make sure you have the correct connection information (hostname, username, password) and that the server is up and working properly.

  If they assure you that you have the correct info and the server is working, please try connecting to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (no username and password required) and let us know if you can connect successfully to it or not, and then we can investigate further.
