First of all, you need to be running an FTP server program on your PC. Examples include WFTPD (www.wftpd.com). When you set up that software you will set up a user account and password. You need one more piece of information, the IP address to put in the Host field in Fetch. It will probably be something in the range 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254, and the FTP server program should be able to tell you what it is.

Sorry for basic question: to transfer files between my Mac (OS 8.0), using Fetch, and my PC -- which are both connected to a Linksys router -- what do I enter as host, user id, password, etc.? How do I find out their respective "host names", id's etc.?
Many thanks in advance,
PB
