Hi, I purchased Fetch to run in OsX and I am so dissatisfied and frustrated I am ready to start using something else and seek a refund.

My problem is with uploading -- and I've experienced various errors, but here's the latest:
going to a Windows NT server, the server is consistently resetting on me when I connect. This doesn't happen in Os 9 and doesn't happen in Fetch 3 versions (which I've tried recently to confirm). so I can only concludes it's 4.02 OsX problem.

I also consistently have a problem with
mutliple file uploads (40 or so files) that span different directories. Fetch will stop uploading and give me an error.

From a developer point of view, ftp is so old and should be trivial at this point, and I am having to spend 30 minutes connecting and reconnecting.

Using Fetch 4.02 and Os X 10.14 over a DSL connection (and have the same problem over cable connection).

I should also add that the two problems above seem related -- connecting to sites with large lists of files and directories seems to be problematic.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see this (it's listed in the Window menu). There might be a setting that would fix this.

Similarly with the upload error problem, the transcript would be a good place to start.

    Thanks,

I'd be happy to, but can you give me an e-mail to which I can send? Not sure my client wants their website contents posted here. :)

    Thanks for the quick reply.
