    When I upload .gif files the images appear to be blank, or a solid color. Each image I upload display becomes corrupt. The images are fine on my computer and when I e-mail each to a friend to upload, the copy that my friend uploads displays online properly. Every gif file I upload becomes corrupt. Fetch used to work fine.

    I just upgraded from 5.1.1 to 5.2 and the problem persists.

    Hi Daryl,

    We're sorry to hear you're having problems, and we'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem.

    Could you please do the following?

    * Quit Fetch, if it's running.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Upload one of the problem .gif files again.
    * Then choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.

    We'll take a look at try to figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Thanks for your kind offer of help. We solved the problem - which was Trilent FTP Proxy software we were using to tunnel ftp through our server - we restarted the program and the server and the corrupt files issue went away - along with my confidence in Trilent.
