Crash listing huge directory (2 posts)

    Listing a directory with more than 32767 files appears to cause a hard crash. (I haven't tried removing files from the directory to get an exact count, but the counter Fetch 4 displays gets tantalizingly close to 32767 before the Mac freezes solid.)

    Yes, Fetch has a 32K limit on the file list (except on Mac OS X), and isn't checking to make sure you don't run afoul of it. I'll fix that for the next 4.0 beta -- thanks for letting me know!
